At Tandy Leather, we stand behind the quality of our leather and tools; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original, unused condition and include all original packaging to be eligible for processing.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal or contact our customer service team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Ship the Package
Drop off your package at any authorized shipping carrier location using the provided prepaid label or your preferred tracked shipping method.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
